Group coaching

Programmes exclusively for parents, and separate programmes for professionals who work with neurodiverse families.
Shared learning and lasting change

One of the biggest challenges faced by parents of a neurodivergent child (particularly when the child is outside the traditional school environment or excluded within it) is a sense of isolation.

Our group coaching programme brings parents together in a safe, supportive space to learn, reflect, and grow alongside others who understand what they are going through.

Who our group coaching programmes are for

We offer open-access programmes on set dates in the year for parents to book onto direct. These programmes are exclusively for parents.

We also deliver tailored programmes for those who work with families and organise support for them, such as Local Authorities, health care practitioners, education providers, and other third sector organisations. These programmes can be delivered anytime and adapted to meet the specific needs of a cohort.

A space to feel understood

Every child is unique, and every family's journey is different. But many parents share common experiences:

  • Loneliness from being isolated from typical networks or misunderstood.

  • Grief for the parenting journey they expected.

  • Guilt about their thoughts, feelings, and reactions.

Our group coaching acknowledges these emotions while helping parents move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and calm.

What parents gain

Alongside trusted knowledge and practical approaches, these sessions provide a vital opportunity to connect, with both the learning materials and other parents.

Each group programme helps participants:

  • Understand the corer differences in the neurodivergent experience.

  • Shift perspectives about behaviour and what it communicates.

  • Discover how to adapt the environment to reduce stress.

  • Learn tools and approaches to create a calmer, happier home.

  • Feel seen and supported by others on a similar journey.

Programme format

All group coaching programmes:

  • Are delivered live, virtually.

  • Include six sessions each running for 90 minutes.

  • Are interactive. We incorporate break out sessions and live Q&A.

  • Are intimate. It's a small group format (no more than 12 per group).
