1:1 Coaching
Every autistic child is unique, in the same way that every neurotypical child is. Equally, every parent is unique, which means every family is different and on their own journey.
That’s why I offer 1:1 coaching. 1:1 coaching offers a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and your child’s behaviours - without judgement. I work with you to help identify the precise areas that your child and your family are struggling with most.
It is often the behaviours that your child displays that can lead to a family’s stress and struggle. We then work together to unpick these behaviours to identify their root cause. Understanding the reason for a behaviour can change our perspective which, in turn, can change how we tackle a situation.
I offer a twelve session virtual coaching package via video conference, which includes over twelve hours direct access to me and is bespoke to you. as well as a 12 week recorded online training program to accompany the weeks session.
This includes:
Session 1
A two-hour consultation where you share your journey so far and we
discuss how you want to move forward. You will also be given access to the virtual community and your unique log in details to access the accompanying virtual training program.
Session 2
A 60 minute session to gain clarity on your outcomes and time to shape your bespoke coaching package along with time to review and ask questions around the introductory program.
Sessions 3- 11
9 pre-recorded webinars for you learn watch each week plus
9 x 60 minute consultations to provide you with a deeper understanding of the behaviours you see and how you can work together as a family with new tools, tips, and techniques to create a happier home.
Session 12
A 90 minute consultation where we review progress, refresh any learnings, and ensure you have everything you need to continue your journey to securing a happier and more harmonious home.
