Beach Gym 365

Cornwall has more beaches than days in the year.

Beach Gym, founded by Morgan Coxhead, offers fitness sessions on the sand for two groups: parents and carers of neurodivergent children, and neurodivergent adults themselves – in separate, tailored classes.

We run a number of different programmes all created for neurodivergent people, or the families and professionals who support them.

With deep experience of autism, learning disability, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia our mission is to create environments that ease the impact of living in a neurotypical world.

Our coaching and training programmes for parents and professionals are designed for those looking to better understand, accept, and embrace neuro difference.  All our training is rooted in up-to-date research and stems from lived experience.

NeuroHappiness is a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Cornwall with a difference not deficit approach to neurodivergence. As a not-for-profit, much of our work is grant-funded and relies heavily on volunteers. Any profits we make are reinvested into the business to help fund our programmes that support neurodiverse families to thrive.

Thank you so much, the team haven't stopped talking about the training. It definitely opened our eyes and made us rethink how we can best support.
